Solo: $149/month (1 user, up to 100 matters)
Firm: $299/month (5 users, up to 500 matters)
Custom: Quoted (additional users, matters, training, done for you Zapier integrations, etc.) Annual billing includes 2 months free. Overages and upgrades are prorated.

What is a “matter”? A matter generally refers to a trademark application, registration, or related proceeding tracked in the system (exact definition clarified during onboarding or in account settings).
What happens if I exceed my matter limit? You can upgrade to a higher plan (prorated) or move to Custom. Contact support for details.
Can I switch from another docketing provider? Yes—many firms switch even mid-contract. Paravant offers help with migration and full docket import. Contact us to discuss.
